A favourite cookbook of our family: Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar by Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romero. Today’s cookies were Mocha Mamas. They turned out well although a little dry because we use whole grain flour for all our baking instead of white flour and this was the first time the Mister had made them. They contain some instant coffee in them – which may be the reason it is almost 10 p.m. and my oldest is still awake.
